This is my favorite pumpkin risotto for Halloween! Thanks to italian Giuliano who teached me this in one autumn.

By the way this food challenge was just on Thursday that I consider a nice food day. In Berlin there is a event called
Street Food Thursday to test all kind of special food every Thursday.
